If all goes well, this Dude will belong to my sister and niece.
He will be their first horse – kind, gentle, a real trooper.
I love a story like this… hard work and many lessons,
a few trials and tribulations..
finally all the hard work, scrimping and saving pays off
and pieces of the puzzle fall into place at just the right time.

What a great week you've had, between the goodie box that arrived (how cool was that?), the dancing dog and possibly a new horse for your sis and niece, I'd say you've weathered the cold pretty darn well!
I had to copy and send that pic of the cookies to my son. It was his birthday yesterday and he was teasing me about not baking him cookies this year. I do believe that pic will more than make up for my neglect, lol.
Now before I go (I have a ton of shells that need cleaning), I have to thank you for your song choice. I usually have my volume turned down on my computer, but since yours was my first blog visit today it was still turned up. What do I hear but the sweet voice of Iz coming at me. I have his Facing Future album and just adore his voice, it gives me chills. So sad that we lost him at such a young age, but his music lives on and it's nice to see one of my blogging friends appreciates his sound.
God, I miss living on the horse farm sometimes. I've always liked the grays.
