BIG

KING
Adopted from Draft Horse Rescue Group
Now living the good life thanks to a caring soul.
All 18 hands and 2000 lbs. of him.
If that caring soul should ever tire of caring for King?
May I bring him home please?
I’ll put another mattress in my office next to Ben.
Just sayin.

  1. You'd need a ladder to get on that one! Watch your feet, he could do a whole heap of damage, with just one of his.

    That's two tons of handsome!

  2. I think King's paddock needs another rail.
Do they know how old he is?
Will he be used for riding?

    Such a handsome boy!

  3. Wowsa! I love draft horses…and kind of dream when my husband and I are in our older years we could have a team…and do sleigh rides. ahh…

We got a new bed two weeks ago and the old mattress got hucked out on the deck–totally wanted to take a photo for you and send it to ya of our wolfie laying on it! It was only there for a day, mind you, I was getting concerned my big girl was getting a little too attached to her "trampoline."

  4. He is adorable! We have a thoroughbred and a welsh pony at our home, and are nuts about animals.. Nice to find you! Hope you're having a great weekend.

  5. What a beauty!

    I am not a horse-girl.

When my girls were young I was a Girl Scout leader and we went to a camp retreat special for us leaders and our girls.

We went horseback riding and because I have the luck I have I got the hugest horse there. I did have to use a ladder to get on him.

If I remember correctly, his name was Joker! Oh dear.

  6. OH…MY…..God! That buggers huge. And you know, when I think of rescues, I never think of these big beauties needing help. Thankfully he was. Wow, huge!
