Mmmmm, I'd say it was a GOOD morning over there! Those sticky buns look SOOOOO delish! I haven't had one in such a long time. Drove by your house the other day and it just looked so lovely with the snow and all!
If I start driving now, I can probably be there by morning! Morning at your house would be worth the drive!
