made it today.. absolutely refreshing and good for you.
Tangerine, grapefruit and cucumber slices
with mint leaves in a pitcher of water.
They call it the fat flusher.
I call it refreshing.
It’s all good.

Looks delicious.
Mmm, love the mint too!
Well, I want to know is it flushing fat not that you have any. I am going to have to try this and hopefully will move into the bathroom. lol
Karen,
I took a hiatus from my News Reader because I didn't have enough self discipline to keep up with my blogs and get my end of semester grading done.
I came back this evening as a reward to myself and had the most fun luxuriating in the 25! posts I had missed over the last almost month. It was such a treat to read through your scattered thoughts, back to back to back.
Thanks for the post-grading reward. I'm hoping to soak up enough to get me through final assignments, exams, and projects that start coming in on Monday and will continue to roll in through the first week of May.

Fat Flushing huh! Can I make it in gallon jugs? LOL
Bet it would taste fabulous with a shot of Pimms!
It sure looks pretty!!
Sure could use a fat flusher. I'm gonna try this! 🙂
That does look good, I'll have to try that! I usually do the lemon, cucumber and mint leaves.
Going to drink this kind of stuff all summer–no more soft drinks (Coke) or my beloved sweet tea! Just unsweetened tea or maybe juice/tea combinations and juice/sparkling water combinations–going to use mint from my garden too!
