We came home Saturday afternoon to a flock of Canadian Geese lounging in the dog yard.
It’s a beautiful thing!…
until someone has to go to the bathroom…

Love the video! Too funny! Happy Monday.
They do love chasing the geese don;t they. We are so overrun with Canada Geese here that they cull all the eggs to stop breeding and once in a while they remove a few hundred from our waterfront. In urban areas they have lost the instinct to fly south. The ones near me are pushy and aggressive and the waterfront parks are covered in goose poop. They need to let our dogs off leash to keep them away.
HA! Same thing happens in our backyard… whether it be birds or any other wildlife. Lately it's been squirrels, and I whisper that word because if our pups hear it said out loud they are out the door in a flash and dashing across the yard for squirrel soup.
I had a good laugh! Love this!
LOL….too funny…geese and a dog.
i think he was a bit concerned why you were going on his potty break with him….but i'm sure he thanked you later for adding a bit of fun to his afternoon 🙂

YUM! Goose poop!!!
big goofy pup, didn't even realize they were out there – more focused on whether you were coming along. 🙂
I would of love to see a video of when the dogs were released !!!
Too cute! Yes, Ben kept looking back at you until he realized what was in his yard! Very funny…
Love the way Ben is watching you follow him… until he spots the geese!

Poor geese… innocently practising their synchronized walk and then a huge dogs comes running… 🙂
How cool is THAT!
I made up my own dialogue: "Mom, I dont' really have to go, Mom!!! MOM!!! Oh, wait….."
Such a haunting sound they make! I love it!
What a sight! Life is always exciting at your house!
We had them down by our dock in the summer. Sure make a mess. I look like I'm doing a crazy little dance to get to the boat!!
He showed them whose yard it is didn't he?! 🙂
I'm catching up on a month's blog reading…. love the post about worrying about your kids… so true!
And I loved my son's salt water tank! I could have watched it for hours.
